We provide proven business technology solutions matched to your business needs to improve customer acquisition and retention, revenue generation and growth, operational efficiency and profitability. Our products and services include Legacy PBX systems, IP/PBX systems and services, Voice activated phone assistants, IVR and voice activated and database lookup systems, call monitoring/logging systems, telecommunication management and consulting.

We view our customer’s communications system as mission-critical. We believe that quick, volume, low-margin sales with poor service is a dysfunctional business philosophy. We therefore focus on more hand-holding, spend lots of time and energy working with our customers to help them solve business their problems and building long-term relationships. Consequently we only work with distribution partners who embody our own philosophy and our passion and who work as an extension of our engineering and technical resources for the benefit of our customers.
