Placing an Order

Placing an order with Monarkbiz.com is easy but if you just need or want to talk to a real human being, call us toll free at 1-877-366-6275. or click “Contact Us’ for our fax or e-mail or mailing address.

If you are already a member of Monarkbiz.com just sign in.

If you are a new member you will be asked to provide information about your company. This information is for your current and future protection when you visit our site and helps us prevent fraudulent use of our shop. The information is kept 100% confidential. We verify all new members by e-mail and telephone call. Whenever you see a button “Buy Item”  enter the quantity you require and then click on “Add to Cart”. 

The next screen will allow you to ‘Update’ or ‘Keep Shopping”. Click ‘Checkout’ when you have finished shopping. Check your billing and shipping address and then click ‘Confirm’.

Because we do not store credit card or sensitive information about you on our database, you will be asked to enter your credit card information every time you shop. Please check the order carefully and, if you are not familiar with our Terms please read them before you click ‘Submit’. You will be will be asked to confirm that you have read our Terms of Use before you submit the order. If you cancel a credit card order after we have submitted the sale within our point-of-sale terminal, before it is shipped, there will be a 10% administrative fee.

That’s it. You will receive an automated email confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is processed. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail  confirming that your order has been shipped and will include a tracking number for the shipment.

Your order confirmation and credit card statement will be you records for your order. If you would like a printable invoice sent to you by e-mail or by mail please advise us when placing the order. A processing fee of $1.50/invoice will be added to your order. Invoices after submit the order can be provided at a fee of $3.00/invoice.

If you are unsure about what you are ordering, please call  us at 1-877-366-6275 ext 105. We want you to buy the right product.

If you cancel, return or refuse an item that has been shipped there will be a15% restocking fee. There is no fee for returning or refusing an item that has been sent in error, or for returning a defective item after you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Acceptance of Order

  • Your receipt of an order confirmation by mail or e-mail does not signify Monarkbiz.com’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our office to sell. Monarkbiz.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered on any item. In order to control any possible fraudulent  use, we at our discretion, contact you by telephone for additional information prior to shipment.
  • At the moment we do not accept orders for delivery to Canada. We do not ship any International address.
  • We do not ship to a PO Box or mailbox located at a private mailbox service (UPS Store etc) or location where the Carrier cannot obtain a signed delivery confirmation.
  • You will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION after placing an on-line order. This confirmation is sent to you automatically. It does not include additional charges for shuipping or takes that may be added if you have changed the method of shipping and DOES NOT guarantee that the items are in stock for immediate shipping
  • Our minimum order is $25.00 excluding sales tax. . If you must place an order for less than $20.00 we will add a fee to make up the difference.

Pricing Policy

  • Prices quoted on Monarkbiz.com are only available for on-line purchasing on the Monarkbiz.com site. On-line prices are for hardware and software only. Unless specified services and on-site installation, configuration and training are not included. Prices quoted for Monark Voice & Data Inc. customers normal Business Credit Terms, Leasing or for specially configured products that include installation and on-site support may be different.
  • Prices on Monarkbiz.com included FREE Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous States in the USA.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. And Monarkbiz.com reserves the right to change prices , specifications and quantities mentioned on our website without notice or obligation.
  • Please call for quotes on special configurations not listed on the website.

Sales tax

We automatically collect sales tax only for shipments to Tennessee and Georgia. Tennessee or Georgia customers with tax exempt status, please call 1-877-366-6275 ext 105 or email sales@monarkbiz.com to submit the tax exempt ID # for our files. Monarkbiz.com does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Tennessee or Georgia. In such cases you will be responsible for paying any use taxes imposed by the State to which the goods have been shipped

Payment Methods

  • Monarkbiz.com accepts a choice of Credit Cards issued by a USA Bank (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) but also accept payment by certified Bank Check, wire transfer or Company check issued by a USA Bank.
  • Our site features secure online ordering, available all day, everyday. If you do not want to order online you can e-mail us at sales@monarkbiz.com of fax us at (770) 917-9915
  • If payment is made by any means other than credit card shipment will be made after the funds have been deposited into our bank account.. Please allow for this delay when estimating your delivery requirements

  • Monark will provide Payment Terms to Businesses subject to completion and approval of such credit terms prior to shipment. Please complete the Application for Credit Terms and fax it to (770) 917 0298 for prompt processing. Prices quoted on the monarkbiz.com store may not be applicable to such accounts.
  • Monark can lease phone systems. We have relationships with several leasing companies. If you would like a quotation, please complete the Application for Leasing form and fax the completed form to the leasing company to the fax number on the form. Please fax a copy of the form to Monark Voice & Data, Inc. at  (770) 917-0298 so that we can expedite the application

Shipping/Pickup Policy

  • We use a variety of carriers, including UPS, Airborne Ground, Fedex, USPS. Most items we sell include FREE ‘Ground’ shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A.  Certain products may require additional shipping charges.
  • Some items are shipped directly by us, others are shipped by distributors or manufacturers. We try to ship from locations nearest our customers
  • To reduce the risk of fraud, we do not ship to PO Boxes or mailboxes located at a private mailbox service (UPS Store etc) or location where the Carrier cannot obtain a signed delivery confirmation. Nor do we ship for pick-up at a carrier location.
  • At the moment we do not ship to Canada. We do not ship to  international locations.
  • While Monarkbiz.com will do everything possible to meet acceptable delivery dates, such as may have been quoted or acknowledged by our sales representatives, these are only estimated dates of delivery. The company accepts no liability for delays in delivery.

Return Merchandise Policy

Damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival) merchandise.

All returns on new products must be made within 15 days of ship date.  

The vast majority of problems is caused by someone doing something wrong, not by a defect. Please call our 1-877-366-6275 ext 105. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service Department prior to shipping merchandise back to Monark Voice & Data or the manufacturer. Special order items, software and consumables are non-refundable.

Returns must be in brand new condition in the original packaging. All materials such as instructions, styrofoam inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card must be included. Returned items must be sent back to us prepaid. Returns sent COD or "shipping collect" will be refused.

After a return has been authorized by our Customer Service department:

1.        Return the item to the address given to you by our Customer Service department.

2.        Repack the item in its original carton, with all manuals and other materials such as instructions, packing inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card.

3.        Returns received with invalid, expired, or no RMA number on the label may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

4.        During the first two weeks, items returned in less-than-perfect condition will be subject to additional fees.

5.        Please carefully read the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

6.        The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the returned merchandise. Please include a letter with the RMA number and reason for the return inside the box along with a copy of the pick ticket or invoice.

7.        The returned item must be received by Monark or the Manufacturer within two (2) weeks of the issue date for the RMA to be valid. Please e-mail the tracking number to our customers service department sales@monarkbiz.com or fax it to (770) 917 0298 to help us expedite the return.

8.        Keep your shipping records for proof of the shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Ship your return via UPS Ground or USPS. Please insure the package for the dollar amount of the returned merchandise. Monark  is not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our the appropriate department or address specified on the RMA.

9.        All returns that do not meet the terms of the Monark return policy are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Return of Merchandise during Warranty

All products are guaranteed by their manufacturers. Any item found defective within two (2) weeks of receipt, may be exchanged through Monark or the manufacturer for repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty. Call our Customer Service department at 1-877-366-6275 ext 105 for instructions. Do not return items without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a RMA Number.

After two (2) weeks of receipt, repairs or replacements of some items are handled directly by the manufacturer. If you have any trouble getting service from a manufacturer, we will do our best to help you receive a satisfactory resolution. For all other items as specified in the Manufacturer’s Warranty, call our Customer Service department at 1-877-366-6275 ext 105 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a RMA Number.

We may be able to provide advance replacements of defective items. To get an advance replacement, we may have to charge your credit card for the price of the replacement, and cancel the charge when the original item is returned.

Credits

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your credit or refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.

When you place an order, with Monarkbiz.com, you are given the option of subscribing to the MONARK newsletter, an electronic mailing list for announcing special sales and other general announcements of interest to our customers.

Monarkbiz.com does not send unsolicited email, or spam. Monarkbiz.com will never sell, rent or distribute your e-mail address to any other company or organization. Once you have ordered from us, or have filled out our online catalog request form, you will begin to receive our mail order catalog. We mail this catalog four times a year.
